觉察自己

要知道自己的修练有多少,那就要觉察自己平时在上瑜珈课时,做体位,是在张扬着自己的体位法,还是隐藏自己不会做的,不足的。那就要觉擦自己的虚荣心,自我了!因为,这样将会慢慢地遮盖我们的心,让我们更不安宁,担忧,困扰。不但不能解脱,却迎来的更强大的自我! 而我们自己,就是自己最好的老师!要有觉知的去觉擦。不断得净化。 无我,就会带来平静,安祥,喜悦,快乐。
