有些道理

有些道理,有些方式,无论是做人,做事,听起来蛮有道理,也知道并不复杂,可是总觉得并不是想像的那么简单,俐落!许多因素需要考量,许多习性需要调整,更需要耐力和意志力去配合与坚持。就比喻"快乐不是拥有的多,而是计较的少"。那么,我们是否有习惯性的计较的少吗?那么谈何活的快乐,自在呢?

选择

要怎么知道自己学瑜珈进步得多少,那就看你在日常生活上,学会放下得多少,对生活变化的接纳有多宽容,对人事物的起伏,变动, 能容纳得多少,计较得多少。瑜珈体位,千变万化。学会了这个体位,又学那个体位。一直学不会的体位,终于学会了,又再挑战另一个体位。学会了几乎不会的,高难度的,so what’s next?!? 这样一来,越学越急促,越学越厌倦。心却不安宁。 快乐,不是懂得多少,不是拥有得多少,不是会得多少,而是计较得少,放下得多。心就自然安稳,自在,解脱。 瑜珈也是一样,就从自己的肉体开始,自己的感触开始。可以做的体位,不可以做的体位,还学不会的体位,一直学不会,做不到的体位,打开我们的心去接纳它,包容它。 一切都是一种习惯,一种习性,一种意念,一种态度,一种选择。 要过怎么样的生活,拥有怎么样的人生,那就看我们用什么习惯,习性,意念,态度。一切,也只是个选择。

觉察自己

要知道自己的修练有多少,那就要觉察自己平时在上瑜珈课时,做体位,是在张扬着自己的体位法,还是隐藏自己不会做的,不足的。那就要觉擦自己的虚荣心,自我了!因为,这样将会慢慢地遮盖我们的心,让我们更不安宁,担忧,困扰。不但不能解脱,却迎来的更强大的自我! 而我们自己,就是自己最好的老师!要有觉知的去觉擦。不断得净化。 无我,就会带来平静,安祥,喜悦,快乐。
