Headstand

When we can do certain posture, example like headstand, we will not think that we have ACCOMPLISHED a certain thing or achieve a certain thing or feel extremely happy or proud of what we are able to do OR ….. feel upset, frustrated, doubt, agitated, disappointed when we can’t do a certain posture or headstand, or not able to do after practicing for long time or used to be able to do but can’t do it now.

No doubt that we might still feel happy or upset of what our body can do or cannot do, but the feeling will not disturb our peaceful, we will not have doubt towards ourselves or our body. As when we understand that yoga is beyond the identification that we have towards the limitation of our body, it is beyond names and forms. Our mind will be in peace and we will be truly free. As such, the habit or pattern of mind that we keep practicing and purifying in yoga practice will slowly and naturally absorb n apply in our routine. We will realize that there is no different between yoga and our life. That is YOGA.
