初始接触瑜珈的我们

初始接触瑜珈,发现许多体位都不会,或许平衡不到,或是身体本质比较僵硬。因对瑜珈有极度的热诚,不断的练习,却发现到进度不大,也开始觉察到体质的构造与结构,对自己的身体开始更进一步的去观察。

瑜珈,就是开发我们的觉知。渐渐得让我们开始觉察到自己身体的本质,更深沉的观察与探索自己体质,连平时都未发觉的。这让我们从新,也从"心"得去了解自己与肉体。身与心的距离,越靠近。这就是所谓"身心联结"。

生活的旋律太急促,繁忙。掩盖了我们去体会生活的真谛与本质。身与心,因此疏远。专注不断的往外,迷失了原始的自己。到后来,又忙,又盲!

遗忘了。。。其实,我们需要的。。。。真的并不多!
