Pregnancy Yoga + Partner Yoga

 

This pose is good for pregnancy or even someone who is not pregnant as it will help in stretching the whole legs, especially the inner thigh. But there is another meaning of this posture, which is building up the trust between 2 person. By holding hands,one must trust the other and vice versa. This will strenghten not only the body, but also the bond and trust between 2 person.

This pose is good for balancing and also strenghten the spinal. It is the other version of Spinal Twist, Ardha Matsyendrasana designed epecially for pregnant women. Get your partner to do it together will aslo create the bond and opportunity to spend some quality time together to share yoga. That’s all about yoga, Yoga is SHARING.
