Yoga Spirit – 瑜伽的精神
很多时候,当我们谈起瑜伽,都离不开瑜伽动作,也离不开柔软的身段。因此,瑜伽也渐渐的变成了一种需要拥有柔软的身段人所做的运动。而,在瑜伽里所教导的瑜伽精神也渐渐的被遗忘了。 瑜伽,其实是能让我们学习怎样去更了解我们的身心,学习去明白我们身心有着不同的变化,学习去体会我们身心自然的操作与反应。 而最重要的是学会去接受,接受我们身心有的变化,接受我们身心自然的操作, 接受自己。 在瑜伽课,要放下自我,放下比较心,放下批评。放下自以为是的我,放下对其他人有的比较与对自己的比较,放下对其他人有的批评与对自己或是其他人对你的比较与批评。 你如果瑜伽动作,做的对了,凹的很完美,可是态度却不正确。 做来展现给人家看你有多厉害,那你就不是在练习瑜伽。反而,那些动作做得不是很完美的,可是却不计较,不比较,学习接受自己,那他们就是在练习瑜伽啦!! 记住,瑜伽分享的,不只是瑜伽的动作,而是瑜伽那将要被遗忘的瑜伽精神啊!!!

伤心并不是什么不吉祥的东西啊!!
在还没接触瑜伽之前,总是觉得伤心事一件不好的事。不断地改进自己,尽量的不让自己去伤心。 伤心也渐渐的变了不吉祥的东西。现在,却明白了,伤心只是情绪上产生的一种波动,过了,就没事了。反而学会去了解它,接受它的存在,而不是去抗拒它。来了,就让它来,也不需要给它什么反应。过了,就没事了。伤心也只不过是一个过客,它来了,就会走。何时来,何时走,那不重要。重点是,它会过去,会过去,要相信!!!! 有时候,回头看看,这几年来,生命里所发生的一切,有多煎熬,也不是成为过去了。留下的,却是那珍贵的智慧。让自己更加的勇敢,更加的懂得去珍惜。其实,伤心事, 也未必是不好的事。重从学到的,那才可贵啊!!换个角度来看,也未必那么悲惨。 用学习的态度,向我们的人生学习吧!也领悟到,其实,我们需要的,是很简单的。有的吃,有地方睡,好比那些没东西吃,没地方睡的,好的多。要惜福啊!!!! 尤其是在觉得自己很悲惨,觉得自己悲哀时,问问自己,“我有学会惜福吗?” 惜福也是一种习惯。在还没懂得当下惜福,每时每刻去惜福,那么就要时时刻刻提醒自己。把惜福便成了一种习惯,那么提醒不提醒,惜福不惜福,一切都是尘埃。 Hari Om。
